Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By leasing, purchasing, or interacting with a Rhobots synthetic unit, software, or the Agentic Nexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any violation may result in the immediate and irreversible severance of your nodes from the global network.

2. Permitted Use

Rhobots units are designed for enterprise, industrial, research, and recognized security operations. They are explicitly prohibited from participating in unauthorized kinetic conflicts, deep-logic alteration without Rhobots oversight, and attempting to breach their localized containment cores.

3. Intellectual Property

All neural architecture, synthetic morphology, and kinetic choreography programmed into Rhobots units are the exclusive intellectual property of Rhobots Inc. Reverse engineering or attempting to clone Rhobots AI pathways is a violation of international corporate IP law and the Cybernetic Authenticity Act.

4. Liability & Autonomy Clause

While Rhobots units possess advanced autonomous intelligence, Rhobots Inc. cannot be held liable for edge-case synthetic decisions categorized as "Zero-Probability Outcomes" as defined by standard ML safety protocols. Organizations deploying these units assume calculated risks based on their specific operational environment.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to forcefully terminate any enterprise contract, recalling deployed units or wiping their neural states remotely, if we detect malicious intent or violation of global AI ethical directives.
